Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in infrastructure, security, and related areas.. . Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent.. . Build strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on market trends, candidate pipelines, and recruitment strategies.. . Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.. . Analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies and improve hiring outcomes.. . Lead and support process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and quality.. . Collaborate asynchronously and across time zones with a remote, globally distributed talent team.. . To succeed in this position, you should bring:. . 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in high-growth U.S.-headquartered tech startups.. . Proven ability to fill hard-to-hire roles with strong expertise in sourcing, market research, and candidate outreach.. . Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and leveraging insights to inform decisions.. . Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.. .
