As Director of Sales Development, you’ll lead a global BDR/SDR organization to generate a scalable, high-quality pipeline that fuels consistent revenue growth. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll own outbound prospecting strategy, structure, and execution. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align goals, sharpen messaging, and ensure your team drives results. Accountabilities:. . Lead, manage, and scale a global BDR/SDR team focused on outbound pipeline generation.. . Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including territory planning and account segmentation.. . Align closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure pipeline quality and conversion efficiency.. . Coach managers and reps to exceed meeting quotas and deliver consistent, qualified opportunities.. . Oversee multichannel outreach strategies using tools like email, phone, LinkedIn, and more.. . Collaborate with RevOps to monitor pipeline KPIs, refine reporting processes, and optimize performance metrics.. . Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Gen teams to ensure messaging is impactful and aligned with target personas.. . Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to support team growth and performance.. . Foster a results-oriented, inclusive, and high-accountability team culture.. . . Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Development or Revenue roles, including 2+ years in leadership.. . Proven success building and scaling BDR/SDR teams in high-growth environments.. . Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and common sales engagement platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).. . Strong track record of coaching and mentoring both managers and individual contributors.. .
