Financial Planning & Analysis. : Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance and key business drivers.. . . Strategic Partnering:. Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and investment decisions.. . . Financial Modeling. : Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and M&A activities.. . . Reporting & Insights. : Prepare and present comprehensive financial reporting packages for the executive team and board of directors, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.. . . Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic planning.. . WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD. We’re looking for someone with a balance of hard and soft skills who can thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Here’s what we’d love to see:. Approximately 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role.. . A background in investment banking, corporate development, or a similar role at a technology company is highly preferred.. . Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.. . Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.. . Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.. . Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Qlik and SAP in particular).. . A proactive and results-oriented mindset.. . Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona is a plus, though the position is fully remote within Spain.. .
