Business Development Executive. with 1–3 years of experience in . sales and business development. , preferably within the . furniture industry. . The ideal candidate will have exposure to both . B2B and B2C sales channels. and a strong ability to generate leads, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth.. Key Responsibilities. Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B (corporate offices, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality clients, retailers) and B2C (direct customers, walk-in clients, online leads) segments. . Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, field visits, and digital platforms. . Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and showroom visits to showcase furniture collections and customized solutions. . Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products, layouts, and solutions based on space, design preferences, and budget. . Prepare proposals, quotations, pricing negotiations, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. . Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. . Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. . Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences within the furniture market. . Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools. . Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to expand brand visibility and generate new business leads. . Required Skills & Competencies. 1–3 years of proven experience in . Sales and Business Development. , preferably in furniture, interior products, home décor, or related industries. . Strong understanding of . B2B and B2C sales cycles. , negotiation techniques, and customer acquisition strategies. . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. . Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. . Strong persuasion and closing skills with a target-oriented mindset. . Basic knowledge of furniture materials, designs, finishes, and customization processes will be an advantage. . Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. .
