Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the biotechnology industry. . Resolve client inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and chat. . Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to offer accurate information. . Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database. . Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. . Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied. . Meet daily and monthly performance metrics and goals established by the team lead. . . Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is mandatory. . Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the biotechnology sector. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. . Basic knowledge of biotechnology products and services is an advantage. . Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude. .
