Lead complex hardware development projects from concept to implementation. . Serve as technical liaison between teams, customers and stakeholders. . Translate system requirements into hardware architecture specifications. . Design and implement solutions across industries (medical IoT to high-speed computing). . Develop complete hardware systems. . Utilize industry-standard tools (Mentor Graphics Xpedition, Altium Designer, HyperLynx). . Implement cutting-edge FPGA solutions through AMD (Xilinx) partnership. . . . 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in Europe. . Successful experience in high-end hardware development projects (high-speed, low-power projects combining FPGAs with ARM microprocessors, PCIe GEN5, 100G+ Ethernet, DDR4/5 memory, JESD204 ADCs, and radio modules such as WiFi and Bluetooth). . Knowledge of tools: Mentor Graphics Xpedition, Altium Designer, HyperLynx. . Orientation in the full development cycle: from discussing requirements with the customer, translating system requirements into hardware architecture, schematic design, PCB design and routing to testing and integration. .
