This role offers the chance to work closely with enterprise clients, helping them maximize the value of their learning platform through strategic consulting and advanced technical solutions. You'll manage a key portfolio of accounts, including one of the company’s largest clients, driving product adoption through expert advice, integration support, and process optimization. By working cross-functionally with internal teams and directly with clients, you will influence both long-term success and customer satisfaction. Manage a portfolio of clients throughout their contract lifecycle, delivering expert-level product guidance.. . Support complex technical implementations including platform restructuring, integrations (SSO, API, third-party tools), and solution audits.. . Partner with Customer Success to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize usage across client environments.. . Deliver professional services such as technical workshops, platform audits, and product training sessions.. . Develop scalable processes to improve solution delivery, document best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.. . Act as a strategic consultant to clients, identifying opportunities for increased engagement and long-term adoption.. . Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Sales, and Engineering to advocate for client needs and feedback.. . . 5+ years of consulting experience in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., Technical Consultant, Level 2/3 Support, Technical Account Manager).. . Hands-on experience deploying SaaS solutions, ideally within the HR or learning tech space.. . Strong knowledge of APIs, SSO configuration, and system integration.. . Proven project management capabilities and a structured, analytical mindset.. . Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Client-first mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.. .
