Coordinate with partners such as POS companies and third-party platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.. Set and track account delivery volume and performance.. Engage with your portfolio to understand opportunities for operational improvement. Relay those opportunities to your leads to help build better features and products.. Act as the customer’s point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving high-level escalations, and providing solutions promptly.. Someone who can take full, end-to-end ownership and responsibility of the accounts they are working on and ensure their requirements are met.. 3-5 + years of experience in Project Management and handling large partnerships..
