Accountabilities. · Collaborate with clients and internal implementation teams to understand data distribution requirements. · Perform data analysis and mapping to design tailored data outputs. · Build and maintain high-performance data distribution extracts and scripts. · Optimize query and script performance to handle large data volumes efficiently. · Lead client-facing projects, managing calls, timelines, and deliverables. · Support and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. · Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovative solutions. . · 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data and understanding domains like Membership, Claims, and Provider. · Strong SQL programming skills with experience in data analysis, profiling, and reporting. · Proven ability to optimize query performance and manage large datasets. · Solid understanding of healthcare systems and passion for driving data-driven outcomes. · Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Experience conducting root cause analysis on data and processes to identify improvements. · Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. · Bonus: Experience with AWS, Snowflake, or cloud-based data services for large healthcare clients. .
