We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join a fast-growing team focused on transforming healthcare through data-driven innovation. This role centers on building and optimizing large-scale data distribution solutions that empower healthcare organizations to gain insights from historically siloed data. You will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional internal teams, driving the extraction, transformation, and distribution of complex datasets. This is an opportunity to play a key role in advancing cloud-based data platforms, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to more personalized healthcare outcomes.. . Accountabilities. ·         Collaborate with clients and internal implementation teams to understand data distribution requirements. ·         Perform data analysis and mapping to design tailored data outputs. ·         Build and maintain high-performance data distribution extracts and scripts. ·         Optimize query and script performance to handle large data volumes efficiently. ·         Lead client-facing projects, managing calls, timelines, and deliverables. ·         Support and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. ·         Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovative solutions. . ·         2+ years of experience working with healthcare data and understanding domains like Membership, Claims, and Provider. ·         Strong SQL programming skills with experience in data analysis, profiling, and reporting. ·         Proven ability to optimize query performance and manage large datasets. ·         Solid understanding of healthcare systems and passion for driving data-driven outcomes. ·         Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ·         Experience conducting root cause analysis on data and processes to identify improvements. ·         Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively. ·         Bonus: Experience with AWS, Snowflake, or cloud-based data services for large healthcare clients. .
