OCT has an opening for an analyst with specialized experience in contract closeout activities, including financial analysis and reconciliation to support funding de-obligation and contract closeout.. Qualified candidates will possess 3 - 10 years of relevant contract closeout experience as a federal government employee, member of the Armed Forces, or contractor. Expertise in closing all contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursement, and hybrid) and IAAs is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success.. Qualifications. Three (3) to ten (10) years of federal contract closeout experience. . Bachelor's Degree is required. . Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel and SharePoint. . Experience with PRISM and FFMS is a plus. . Knowledgeable in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Federal contract closeout processes and procedures . . Must be a US Citizen. . Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (the investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check). .
