In this role, you will:. ·         Design, implement, and maintain critical systems infrastructure to ensure high reliability and performance.. ·         Provide engineering and design support for new construction, facility expansions, and equipment replacements or repairs.. ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities.. ·         Develop and implement contingency plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.. ·         Provide technical support for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.. ·         Monitor and review operational reports, providing recommendations for improvements.. ·         Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP), methods of procedures (MOP), and formal change control processes.. The ideal candidate will have:. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent certifications in HVAC or critical power systems.. ·         Proven experience designing and maintaining critical systems infrastructure, including MEP systems in operational facilities and data centers.. ·         Extensive knowledge of electricity and medium/low voltage electrical distribution systems.. ·         Hands-on experience with emergency backup systems (generators, UPS, battery backup) and HVAC systems.. ·         Experience implementing and maintaining Building Management and Monitoring Systems.. ·         Familiarity with telecommunications rooms (MDF/IDF) and data centers.. ·         Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute complex projects.. ·         Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to innovation and cost optimization..
