Serve as the primary point of contact for Pharmaceutical and Agency clients, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to highlight ROI and provide actionable insights to achieve client business goals.. . Partner with Sales to support new business development, account growth, and upselling opportunities.. .
