Manage customer inquiries related to FinTech products and services, including account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Offer clear and concise information about financial products, helping customers understand their features and benefits.. . Assist customers with issues related to their accounts and transactions, ensuring swift resolutions.. . Resolve any complaints and feedback effectively, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions diligently in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.. . Stay informed about financial regulations, products, and industry trends to provide relevant assistance.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. .
