The ideal candidate has a unique combination of technical experience, curiosity, logical and analytical mindset, proactivity, ownership, and a passion for teamwork.. . 2+ years fraud/ATO investigations experience; additional experience in risk, payments, or e-commerce marketplaces a plus.. . Foundational understanding of common ATO attack vectors (e.g., credential stuffing, phishing, social engineering, malware) and strategies to mitigate them.. . Experience writing customer-facing support communications, and navigating escalated interactions.. . Ability to translate complex fraud trends to a wider audience.. . Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, making rapid, impactful decisions.. . Experience using data to make informed decisions, with basic data literacy in tools such as Looker or Tableau.. . Experience using fraud detection software and tools.. . Possess good judgment, logical critical thinking skills, and act expertly in ambiguous situations.. . Bonus Points:. . Experience using Accertify, Slack, Zendesk, and/or Google Suite.. . Familiarity with card network rules, payments processor due diligence, and/or regulatory requirements.. . Basic or intermediate proficiency in SQL.. . Company Location: Mexico.
