Accountabilities. · Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure and managed services.. · Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.. · Design, implement, and maintain cloud environments, leveraging automation tools for deployment and monitoring.. · Participate in security audits and ensure compliance with frameworks such as FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and SOC standards.. · Communicate effectively with clients and act as a trusted advisor on technical matters.. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.. · Mentor and train team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.. · Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks to support internal and client-facing operations.. · 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related technical roles.. · 5+ years hands-on experience with Azure in production environments.. · Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components including compute, storage, networking, databases, and security.. · Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps practices, and cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps).. · Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.. · Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including familiarity with ITIL processes.. · Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).. · Relevant Azure certifications, including Azure Architect (AZ305), are highly preferred.. · Ability to work independently, mentor others, and provide support across multiple US time zones.. · Must pass a federal background check for Public Trust Fitness..
