Lead customers through onboarding and "hypercare" phases, ensuring fast and meaningful adoption of the platform.. . Build strong, long-term client relationships, proactively managing renewals, challenges, and opportunities for expansion.. . Offer strategic guidance aligned with customers’ evolving needs, helping them unlock deeper value from the platform.. . Analyze trends across client engagements, providing actionable insights that influence product development and service innovation.. . Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for improvements that enhance the overall user experience.. . . 1–3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in life sciences, biotech, or SaaS industries.. . Background in Bioinformatics, Biomedical Data Science, Computational Biology, or a related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD).. . Strong knowledge of genomics and multi-omics data (e.g., transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics).. . Proficiency in Python, R, or Bash; experience with ML tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.. .
