The ideal candidate should have experience in Technical Support and work experience with different systems, software, and hardware.. Responsibilities. . Own and manage customer-reported technical issues from initial report to full resolution. . Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues. . Identify effective solutions and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams following defined procedures. . Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and ensure timely closure of tickets. . Adhere to SLA commitments based on issue severity. . Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve support processes and knowledge sharing. . Requirements. Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and various technology stacks. . Willingness to work in a technical support environment; prior experience is a plus. . Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments. . Comfortable working in shift-based schedules. . Willingness to work between 20:00–04:00 (GMT+3), 6 days a week with one day off (Saturday or Sunday, depending on team needs), and to remain responsive to urgent issues outside of working hours.. . Basic knowledge of bash scripting, SQL, and remote support tools. . Knowledge about cloud technologies and modern monitoring/troubleshooting tools. . Experience with or willingness to learn platforms such as Cloudera, Kafka, and Elasticsearch. . Analytical mindset with ability to understand complex data flows and transformations. . Strong command of both written and spoken English. . . Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage case tracking effectively. . Eagerness to continuously learn and grow within the role. . . .
