Own and manage the brokerage product portfolio, defining roadmaps and priorities.. . Write clear product requirements and partner with engineering to deliver features on schedule.. . Analyze market trends, ROI, and build-vs-buy options to inform strategic decisions.. . Drive improvements in brokerage operations through data-driven solutions and performance metrics.. . Lead customer and regulator communications to gather insights and align product direction.. . Report on product progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.. .
