We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Success Manager to guide organizations through their sustainability and carbon management initiatives. In this role, you will drive customer engagement, adoption, and success across diverse teams while fostering long-term relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance, strategic insights, and hands-on support to ensure they maximize the value of sustainability software and solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence customer outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement processes in a remote-first, fast-paced environment. Lead the successful onboarding and adoption of sustainability and carbon management solutions to help customers achieve business and environmental objectives.. . Serve as the primary customer liaison, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholder levels.. . Provide coaching, training, and support to increase product adoption and proficiency.. . Identify and manage customer risks, proactively developing resolution strategies.. . Recognize high-performing customers and transform them into advocates through case studies, reference calls, webinars, and feedback initiatives.. . Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive teams to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.. . Guide customers on improving data quality, automating workflows, and interpreting sustainability insights.. . Stay current on product updates, new modules, and roadmap developments to advise customers effectively.. . . Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role.. . Familiarity with ESG performance, sustainability management, or environmental consulting is a plus.. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment.. . Ability to interact with various levels of seniority, including C-level, Director, Manager, and Analyst stakeholders.. . Skilled in technical training, adoption facilitation, and navigating challenging customer conversations.. . Experience with Customer Success Software (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight) is advantageous.. .
