Client Support Specialist at Titan Cloud. Who We Are. Triage Zendesk tickets from assigned clients. . . Troubleshoots and resolves Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating to product or engineering team as needed. . . Assists in Titan Modules, Setups, and Implementation for assigned clients. . . Works closely with Account Manager to share client needs, goals, and issues for resolution. . . Acts as main point of contact for client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed. . . Performs other duties as assigned.. . EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:. High School Diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred (computer science, information systems, business administration, or other industry-related curriculum). . 1 year of experience in a customer support role is preferred. . . Experience using Zendesk preferred. . . Company Location: United States.
