Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) . 3–7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory support . Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the organization . Strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills . High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently . Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision . Strong written and verbal communication skills .
