Address inquiries and offer technical assistance related to payment processing in Swedish.. . Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize the effectiveness of our payment solutions.. . Collaborate with product development and support teams to improve service offerings based on client feedback.. . Stay informed about trends and developments in the online payment industry to enhance client service.. . Collect and analyze client insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.. . . Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.. . Prior experience in consulting, customer support, or a related role in online payment systems is preferred.. .
