Engage directly with small and midsize business clients to understand their workflows, pain points, and goals. Translate business requirements, pitch concepts, and operational processes into clear technical architectures and implementation plans. Produce system diagrams, integration maps, and technical recommendations that non-technical business owners can understand and act on. Present solutions confidently and adapt communication style to match the client's level of technical fluency. AI Agent and Workflow Implementation. Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and automated workflows using orchestration platforms such as . Make.com. , n8n, Zapier, or . Lindy.ai. Integrate AI capabilities into client workflows in ways that are practical, reliable, and maintainable without a large technical team to support them. Assess new tools quickly, recommend the right implementation path, and build solutions that prioritize reliability over complexity. Systems Integration and Custom Development. Connect client applications, CRMs, ERPs, databases, and communication tools through API integrations. Write and troubleshoot lightweight Python or JavaScript code to handle API calls, data transformation, business logic, and edge cases that no-code tools cannot cover. Configure and manage cloud services as needed to support client deployments. Deploy integrations with appropriate error handling, logging, and basic security practices so solutions stay stable after handoff. Testing, Documentation, and Ongoing Support. Validate solutions end to end to ensure they work reliably and handle expected failure cases before going live. Produce clear technical documentation, integration notes, and handoff materials that can be supported and expanded over time. Assist with ongoing maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and iterative improvements for deployed workflows. What You Bring. Background as a full stack software engineer with a natural evolution toward client-facing, solutions-oriented work. Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript with working knowledge of SQL. Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows using orchestration platforms such as . Make.com. , n8n, Zapier, or similar tools. Proven ability to connect applications via APIs and build integrations that work reliably in production. Comfort translating business problems into technical solutions without needing deep theoretical guidance.
