You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and product marketing teams to define the product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enhanced, insight-driven experiences. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong communication with both technical and executive stakeholders.. . Accountabilities:. ·         Engage with enterprise HR, workforce strategy, and analytics leaders to uncover needs and translate them into impactful product strategies.. ·         Define, execute, and communicate product vision, priorities, and roadmaps aligned with customer value and business outcomes.. ·         Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to develop AI-enhanced, insight-driven enterprise experiences.. ·         Collaborate with Product Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, positioning, and drive client adoption.. ·         Utilize analytics and user research to measure product success, inform continuous improvement, and optimize adoption.. ·         Clearly communicate complex workforce and analytics concepts to executive and technical audiences..
