Location: Bengaluru, Remote (India). JobType: full-time. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for professionals with at least two years of hands-on recruitment experience who are passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across functions.. Key Responsibilities. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness. Support employer branding initiatives and campus or bulk hiring drives when required. Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation processes. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. What Makes You a Great Fit. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including job portals, LinkedIn, and social hiring. Experience handling multiple roles across different departments or industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
