Portless is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Head of Revenue Operations to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be the architect and driver of our go-to-market (GTM) success, encompassing processes, systems, data, and insights. This role is pivotal in scaling our revenue engine and ensuring we continue our aggressive growth trajectory.. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless alignment and optimization across our revenue functions, bridging strategy with tactical execution to accelerate our GTM motions.. What You'll Do:. . Strategic GTM Process Ownership: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes, from lead generation and qualification to sales execution, customer onboarding, and retention. Continuously identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue funnel.. . System Architecture & Management: Own the administration, optimization, and integration of all revenue-generating systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, business intelligence, etc.). Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and system scalability to support rapid growth.. . Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Develop and maintain a robust reporting and analytics framework to provide actionable insights into GTM performance. Identify trends, forecast revenue, and pinpoint areas for optimization. Translate complex data into clear, concise recommendations for leadership.. . Performance Measurement & Optimization: Define, track, and analyze key revenue metrics and KPIs. Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance against targets and identify areas for intervention and improvement.. . Sales & Marketing Alignment: Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated GTM strategy. Facilitate effective communication and information flow across departments.. . Enablement & Training: Partner with sales and marketing leadership to identify enablement needs and develop training programs to optimize GTM team effectiveness. Ensure teams are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and processes to succeed.. . Experienced RevOps Leader: You have a proven track record (5+ years) in a senior Revenue Operations role, ideally within high-growth technology companies supporting DTC eCommerce businesses.. . You're adept at optimizing workflows and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.. .
