Deliver outstanding customer service in Polish, addressing inquiries related to shipment tracking, logistics solutions, and account management.. . Assist customers in resolving issues, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance their experience with logistics services.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for quality assurance purposes.. . Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations and logistics, to assure smooth resolution of customer concerns.. .
