Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to support complex data integration and transformation workflows. . Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions. . Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and performance through rigorous testing and reconciliation. . The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SSIS, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutions.  .  . Your Activities Will Include. : . Design, develop, and optimize complex SSIS packages, ensuring high performance and scalability in ETL workflows. . Apply in-depth knowledge of how SSIS optimizes workflows, balancing the use of stored procedures and inline queries for maximum efficiency. . Gather and analyze detailed business and technical requirements to design robust data integration solutions. . Oversee and manage the monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting of data pipelines, including data reconciliation and validation processes. . Optimize existing ETL workflows to improve performance, reliability, and data quality. . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives. . Implement best practices for data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure high-quality data delivery. . Document technical specifications, workflows, and data models for ongoing support and future development. . Identify and implement opportunities for automation and performance improvement in ETL processes. . Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance data solutions. .  . Requirements: . University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. . Around 5 years of hands-on experience developing and optimizing ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). . Expert-level understanding of SSIS workflow optimization, with the ability to strategically use stored procedures and inline queries for performance improvements. . Proven experience in gathering and analyzing requirements for complex data integration projects. . Strong knowledge of SQL Server Agent Jobs for scheduling, monitoring, and managing automated workflows. . Expertise in monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting ETL pipelines, including implementing reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy. . Advanced SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and performance tuning. . Strong understanding of ETL principles, data cleansing, and data quality best practices. . Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. . Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders. . Microsoft certifications are a plus. . Proficiency in English is required.. Company Location: Romania.
