Handle emergency calls from Dutch-speaking customers requiring roadside assistance.. . Evaluate the nature of the emergency and provide clear and effective support and instructions.. . Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely assistance is dispatched.. . Document all customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up processes.. . Deliver empathetic and professional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported.. . Keep updated with company policies, procedures, and services related to roadside assistance.. .
