Second, you will lead high-level consultative appointments.. . You will sit peer-to-peer with these top producers, helping them analyze their current models and demonstrating how the Real Brokerage ecosystem can dramatically improve their bottom line and agent success.. Who You Are.  . You are a senior-level growth operator. You are likely a former Team Leader or Director of Grown from existing real estate brands. . You know how to read a P&L. You know the exact financial pain points a team leader faces when they do $50 million in volume but keep a fraction of their profit.. You are highly fluent in modern technology. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must be comfortable leveraging AI tools, CRMs, and automated workflows to initiate conversations at scale and filter out the noise.
