Drive global B2B sales of crypto payment solutions, focusing on high-risk verticals. . Engage and close deals with C-level executives across emerging and mature markets. . Develop tailored payment strategies based on industry, jurisdiction, and business model. . Create client-specific commercial offers and pricing models. . Manage full deal cycle: outreach, negotiation, contract, and onboarding handoff. . Represent the company at global industry events and private networking sessions. . Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies and channel development. . Build and scale a qualified sales pipeline in both regulated and offshore markets. . . 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in payment solutions (acquiring, PSP, pay-in/payout, or crypto). . Proven expertise working with high-risk merchants and understanding their needs and regulatory landscape. . Solid knowledge of the payments value chain: onboarding, KYC/KYB, processing, risk, compliance, settlements. . Strong grasp of crypto payment infrastructure and its benefits for high-risk sectors. . Ability to navigate licensing, banking, and operations in both offshore and Tier-1/2 jurisdictions. . English C1+. . Company Location: Cyprus.
