Develop, maintain, and optimize Ruby on Rails applications and backend services. . Implement new features and integrations, including payment processing methods. . Ensure high code quality, reliability, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews. . Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. . Manage databases and external service integrations. . Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues. . Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. . Participate in team discussions, product planning, and technical problem-solving. . . . Expert-level experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development. . Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design. . Hands-on experience with Google Cloud or other cloud platforms. .
