Accountabilities:. . Lead and manage a team of Financial Planning Specialists, ensuring the quality and accuracy of all client advice.. . Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, fostering strong and trusted long-term relationships.. . Provide expert financial planning advice, leveraging deep technical knowledge and regulatory expertise.. . Support the development of new client relationships, contributing to business growth.. . Work closely with Assistant Financial Planners and senior leaders to ensure processes align with governance and compliance standards.. . Mentor and coach junior team members, serving as a role model and championing their professional development.. . . FCA Certified and Registered Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).. . QCF Level 4 (minimum) with strong technical expertise in financial planning products and services.. . Previous experience as a Paraplanner or Financial Planner, with proven leadership of paraplanners or advisory teams.. . Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and engage at all levels.. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to write detailed reports and deliver impactful presentations.. .
