Senior Infor ERP Application Consultant.  . Role and Responsibilities. :. . Lead and support client software implementations.. . Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.. . Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.. . Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.. .  . Education, Experience and Skills:. . Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Business preferred.. . Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting, sales order, inventory, purchasing, or warehouse applications.. . Demonstrated experience in ERP application implementation and go-live processes.. . Specific expertise in Infor CSD or SX.e, or equivalent ERP applications preferred.. . Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.. . Location:. . Work from home.. . Travel up to 30%.. .
