Develop and maintain global colocation design standards to ensure consistent resilience and performance across new and existing data centers.. Support deployment of advanced infrastructure, including high-density racks and liquid cooling systems, for cloud, AI, and machine learning workloads.. Review and update global design standards and data center templates, recommending improvements for efficiency and consistency.. Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to validate site-specific infrastructure and document deviations when necessary.. Drive strategies to deploy customer-specific solutions consistently while maintaining cost efficiency.. Document, release, and manage design guides, technical standards, specifications, and procedures.. Participate in root cause analysis of system or equipment failures and support incident management.. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent industry or military experience.. 3–6 years of engineering experience in mission-critical facilities, including data centers, power generation, or similar environments.. Proven knowledge of critical data center equipment such as generators, UPS, switchgear, transformers, chillers, and HVAC systems.. Familiarity with electrical design codes, SPOF mitigation, and global building and safety regulations.. Experience creating high-quality technical documentation and design standards..
