What You'll Do. . Identify and engage potential B2B customers across the LATAM region. . Launch strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone. . Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospects. . Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives. . Keep CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) clean and up-to-date. . Partner with marketing to align messaging and improve conversion. . . 1+ year of SDR or lead generation experience in SaaS or tech sectors such as MarTech, EdTech, FinTech, HRTech, or SalesTech. . Proven track record in B2B prospecting and outreach. . Comfortable handling 100+ outbound calls per day. . Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus, but not required. . Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms. . . Fluent in English; multilingual candidates are a plus. . . Reliable laptop, professional home office setup, and stable high-speed internet.. .
