Lead and manage the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with the firm’s hiring goals.. . Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles.. . Oversee both inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.. . Implement and optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize efficiency.. . Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.. . Partner with leadership to identify future hiring needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.. .
