Helpdesk Bilingual (English Speaker) at Staff4Me. Job Summary:. Staff4Me is looking for a highly motivated NOC Helpdesk Bilingual Analyst (English Speaker) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and monitoring services for our clients' network systems. This role demands excellent communication skills as you will assist users with technical inquiries and issues.. Key Responsibilities:. . Monitor network performance and respond to alerts proactively to ensure uptime.. . Provide technical assistance in English via phone, email, and chat to clients experiencing issues.. . Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate issues as necessary.. . Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction.. . Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.. . Assist in generating reports on network performance and incident management.. . Requirements:. . Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.. . Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment is preferred.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.. . Excellent communication and customer service skills.. . Familiarity with network protocols, systems administration, and ticketing systems.. . Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.. .
