You'll work across the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and design through deployment—playing a central role in shaping the architecture and user experience. Accountabilities:. . Develop and deploy full-stack features for a conversational AI SaaS platform. . Design tools to simplify chatbot and voicebot creation, testing, and performance optimization. . Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences. . Leverage LLM capabilities to enhance conversation flows and intelligent responses. . Maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure across distributed systems. . Mentor junior engineers and promote a strong engineering culture. . . 6+ years of full-time software development experience. . Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. . Proficiency in multiple languages; experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js preferred. . Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure). . Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web apps. . Strong collaboration and communication skills. . Bonus: Experience with LLMs, CI/CD pipelines, React Native, or open-source contributions. . Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus. . Company Location: United States.
