This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced software engineer to contribute to the full stack development of modern, client-facing applications. The position combines hands-on coding, architectural thinking, and mentoring of junior engineers, all within a flexible, fully-remote environment. You will have the autonomy to make impactful technical decisions while supporting an agile, collaborative team across Latin America.. . Accountabilities. . Develop scalable and responsive frontend interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.. . Build and maintain secure, efficient backend applications and RESTful APIs using .NET and C#.. . Integrate frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless data flow and high-quality user experiences.. . Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, and documentation of technical approaches.. . Mentor and support junior team members, fostering technical growth within the team.. . Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and maintain best coding practices.. . Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to align development with business outcomes.. . . . 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on React and .NET expertise.. .
