What are we looking for? . We’re wanting to grow our Talent Acquisition team, and we can’t do it without you. This team is paramount to the success of Avomind, and you’ll be supporting right at the heart of everything we do here, and how our business will be shaped for the future.. Actively contribute to both the outbound & inbound recruitment strategy; working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities. . Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google X-Ray, etc.. Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them & assess their fit for our roles. . Managing interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project and Client Managers. . Advising Project and Client Managers on candidate landscape & trends to assist in providing a seamless service for our clients. . Take ownership of candidate experience - build your reputation through excellent candidate experience. . Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, Management, English, Communication, or related fields with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular achievements throughout universities.. Have a minimum of 1 year full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-orientated environment. . Have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, & internal ATS platforms. . Thrive in goal-orientated environments and want to achieve the best. . Have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to be the best you can be. . Are team-oriented and committed. . Can work with ever-changing priorities in a very agile environment..
