Key Responsibilities. . Conduct weekly in-person factory inspections to ensure production quality. . . Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and PO follow-up. . . Maintain clear vendor communication regarding production schedules and lead times. . . Manage all QC/QA documentation and ensure regulatory and internal compliance. . . Use Slack and other digital tools to collaborate with remote teams. . . Lead problem-solving and corrective actions related to product defects or delays. . . Act as a key liaison between the product team and manufacturers. . . . 3–5 years in supply chain management, QC/QA, or vendor operations (consumer goods preferred). . . Based in China (Shanghai or Guangzhou area strongly preferred). . . Fluent in . Mandarin and English. (spoken and written). . . Familiarity with QC audits, supplier scorecards, and production monitoring. . . Strong communicator and organized multitasker. . .
