Responsibilities. . Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers in the pharmaceuticals sector.. . Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.. . Provide accurate information about pharmaceutical products and services to customers.. . Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution when possible.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies regarding pharmaceutical products.. . Document customer interactions and provide feedback and reports to management for process improvement.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. .
