This role is responsible for the full production lifecycle—from purchase order issuance through final delivery—ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across a global vendor network.. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong vendor management, systems expertise, and operational discipline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.. Responsibilities:. Production Ownership:. Manage the complete production lifecycle (PO issuance → bulk production → final delivery). . Maintain and execute detailed production calendars across DTC and Amazon programs. . Track WIP, monitor milestones, and proactively resolve delays or risks. . Translate sales forecasts into clear, executable production plans. . Ensure accuracy in costing, production timelines, and delivery commitments. . Global Vendor and Outsourcing Management. Manage and develop international vendor partnerships across Asia, Africa, and multi-region sourcing networks. . Oversee capacity planning, pricing alignment, and vendor performance. . Ensure compliance with PP, TOP, and final inspection standards. . Proactively mitigate production delays, quality risks, and compliance issues.. Amazon & DTC Channel Execution. Manage production requirements specific to Amazon Marketplace. . Ensure compliance with Amazon packaging, labeling, bundling, and hard-pack requirements. . Support complex packaging programs, including bundle configurations. . Coordinate with fulfillment partners and 3PLs to meet DTC launch calendars and delivery deadlines. . Cross Functional Collaboration. Partner closely with Product Development, Sales, QA, Logistics, Planning, and 3PL teams. . Provide accurate WIP reporting and production updates to stakeholders. . Utilize Slack and project management tools (e.g., Asana) for transparent communication. . Ensure operational alignment from development handoff through final shipment. . 5–8 years of apparel production experience in high-volume environments. . Strong experience managing end-to-end production. . Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Centric PLM, and Anvyl (Sage). . Advanced Excel skills (costing, WIP reporting, production calendars). . Proven ability to manage compressed timelines and evolving forecasts. . Experience managing multi-region vendor networks. . Deep knowledge of production compliance and inspection processes. . Demonstrated ability to navigate complex international production environments. . Experience supporting Amazon Marketplace production requirements. . Strong understanding of Amazon packaging compliance standards. . Familiarity with DTC fulfillment models and launch cadence planning.. Company Location: El Salvador.
