Oversee and manage customer orders via the website and phone, ensuring 100% accuracy.. Coordinate and schedule site deliveries with logistics and delivery partners.. Provide high-level customer support, including handling inquiries, sales calls, and product recommendations.. Manage and optimize the online product catalog, including listings, categories, and website appearance.. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline order processing and operational workflows.. Validate order details, invoices, and pricing, ensuring no errors.. Analyze order and delivery costs to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements..
