We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to design and build advanced reporting solutions that empower business teams with actionable insights. In this role, you will transform complex data from multiple sources into clear visual dashboards that support decision-making and innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs, optimize data models, and deliver self-service analytics. This position combines technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, DAX, and data engineering with strong problem-solving skills. You will play a critical role in enabling data-driven strategies across the organization while ensuring quality, performance, and governance standards. Design and develop intuitive, scalable Power BI dashboards and reports that showcase product features and operational metrics.. . Connect to and integrate data from diverse sources (Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric Lakehouses/Data Warehouses) while performing complex joins and data modeling.. . Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver tailored analytical insights for various business personas.. . Build, validate, and maintain clean datasets for analysis using SQL, Python, and Microsoft Fabric pipelines.. . Support self-service analytics by building dynamic, ad hoc reporting solutions and ensuring their performance and accessibility.. . Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues while contributing to documentation and internal knowledge bases.. . Monitor report performance, apply best practices, and ensure version control and documentation are consistently maintained.. . Drive automation initiatives and explore new technologies within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem to enhance data delivery.. . . . 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience with proven expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.. . Strong proficiency with Microsoft Fabric workspace management, dataflows, and Spark (Databricks, Synapse, or Fabric Spark preferred).. . Advanced SQL skills across platforms, including Oracle and T-SQL, and experience optimizing queries for large datasets.. . Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures, medallion models, and delta tables.. . Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources into scalable analytical models.. . Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.. .
