Troubleshoot support tickets of varying complexity, providing timely and high-quality responses.. Progress open tickets and escalate issues to Engineering as needed.. Provide training and guidance to team members within your area of expertise.. Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are represented in team decisions.. Identify, report, and track bugs or feature requests based on customer feedback.. Maintain and update internal and public documentation, knowledge bases, and repositories.. Actively contribute to process improvements and cross-team strategy discussions.. Take deliberate steps toward becoming a subject matter expert in one or more technical areas.. 5+ years of experience in technical customer support, system administration, technical writing, or equivalent roles.. Proficiency with Linux system administration and common tools (Docker, systemd, OpenSSL).. Strong experience with Git, GitHub, LDAP, SAML SSO, SCIM, or similar systems.. Familiarity with DevOps and security tools, including GitHub Actions, CodeQL, Dependabot, or similar.. Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies (AWS, Azure, VMware ESX, KVM).. Ability to troubleshoot and work with CI/CD platforms and web application stacks (HAProxy, Nginx, MySQL).. Programming/scripting experience (Shell, Ruby, Go) is a plus..
