Product Marketing Manager at SimplerQMS. About SimplerQMS . SimplerQMS provides Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) that help life science companies work more efficiently and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Our cloud-based solution is purpose-built for companies operating under strict standards like FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, and GxP. We’re on a mission to simplify quality management so our customers can focus on what truly matters—innovation and growth. As we scale internationally, we’re building a high-performing team that shares our values and ambition. . We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Product Marketing leader to take ownership of how we position, market, and communicate the value of SimplerQMS’s eQMS solutions globally. If you’re passionate about product marketing, thrive at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, and want to have a direct impact in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company—this role is for you. . As Product Marketing Manager, you will take the strategic lead in product marketing at SimplerQMS. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to shape our go-to-market strategies, define our product’s narrative, and drive adoption and revenue growth. . This role goes beyond execution—you’ll be responsible for setting the direction, building scalable processes, and ensuring our messaging resonates with the market. You’ll also act as the connective tissue between product development and customer-facing teams, ensuring we stay customer-centric and competitive. . Own the Product Marketing Function . Define and lead the product marketing strategy across the product lifecycle—from positioning to post-launch enablement. . Strategic Messaging & Positioning . Craft compelling messaging that clearly articulates the value of our solutions and differentiates SimplerQMS in the marketplace. . Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy . Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features, and updates - aligning stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing. . Sales Enablement . Develop materials (playbooks, one-pagers, demo scripts, ROI calculators, etc.) to support sales teams in winning deals and shortening sales cycles. . Customer & Market Insights . Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand buyer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends—and use those insights to drive product and marketing decisions. . Launch Ownership . Lead product and feature launches end-to-end, ensuring internal readiness and impactful customer-facing communication. . Collaborate with Product Management . Act as a strategic partner to product management by providing market input and influencing roadmap decisions based on commercial impact. . Content Strategy & Coordination . Oversee the creation of product-related content (e.g., launch materials, sales enablement assets, case studies) in collaboration with our existing Product Marketing Specialist. Your role is to lead the planning, ensure strategic alignment, and manage timelines—not to produce all content yourself. You’ll ensure materials are consistent with our messaging and meet the needs of marketing, sales, and customer success teams. . Measure & Optimize . Track product marketing KPIs and use data to refine strategies and tactics over time. . 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, life sciences, or highly regulated industries. . Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. . Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills—you can zoom in and out as needed. . Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and positioning capabilities. . Deep understanding of B2B buying journeys, buyer personas, and value-based selling. . Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority. . Experience supporting sales teams with enablement materials and training. . Data-savvy mindset—you rely on insights, not intuition. . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. .  . Optional, but nice to Have . Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or regulatory tech. . Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA, GxP). . Experience working in remote, cross-cultural teams. . Previous involvement in building or scaling a product marketing function. . Company Location: Philippines.
