Drive continuous customer discovery to identify and prioritize the most critical buyer pain points and opportunities.. . Partner with design and UX teams to create robust, user-friendly workflows and seamless customer journeys.. . Deep understanding of ad tech, from publisher to advertiser, and of relevant topics such as ad quality, data, and user privacy.. . Experience partnering with data science and design teams to create high-performing, user-centric products.. . Background working at a DSP or buying platform and/or building performance optimization tools is highly desirable.. . Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in external partner relationships.. .
