Provide outstanding customer service support to German-speaking clients in the finance sector. . Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. . Maintain a deep understanding of the company's financial products and services. . Assist customers with account management, transactions, and financial advice inquiries. . Collaborate with team members to improve customer interaction and service quality. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer management system. . Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary. . . Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. . Previous experience in customer service or finance industry preferred. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment. .
